Renovation and extension of the school centre Schönkirchen - 3rd construction phase Grund and Community School Schönkirchen, Augustental 29, 24232 Schönkirchen. The new build, renovation and extension include three construction phases. 1. Construction phase 1: NaWi specialized subject teaching block, 3 storeys 2. Construction phase 2: Comprehensive renovation with new furnishings for the special needs school, 3 storeys 3. Construction phase 3: New build of the primary school, 2 storeys In the 3rd construction phase, 2 existing buildings and a connecting corridor are demolished. On the cleared site, the new primary school with an auditorium is built in solid construction. To a limited extent, conversion works are planned on adjacent parts of buildings.
