TENDER DESCRIPTION

SCOPE OF PROCUREMENT This framework agreement covers leasing services intended for municipalities, cities, their companies, municipal federations and other municipal organisations, as well as parishes. The services include leasing financing, an administrative service intended for the management of the leasing assets to be financed, services related to the processing of leasing assets that return after the rental period, and the provision of other services that may be ordered separately to customers. The subject matter of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for tenders and its annexes, in particular in Annex 1 titled “Subject matter of the procurement and requirements”. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period is two (2) years. Hansel Oy shall have the right to extend the contract period by an option period of up to two (2) years in accordance with the terms of the framework agreement.
