TENDER DESCRIPTION

OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT This framework agreement concerns leasing services targeted at municipalities, cities, their companies, joint municipal authorities, other municipal organizations, and parishes. These services include leasing financing, an administrative service for managing the leased assets financed under the lease, services related to the handling of leased assets returned after the lease term, and the provision of other separately ordered services to customers. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for proposals and its appendices, especially Appendix 1 "Object of the Procurement and Requirements". CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period is two (2) years. Hansel Ltd. has the right to extend the contract period by one option period of up to two (2) years under the terms of the framework agreement.
