TENDER DESCRIPTION

CONTRACTING OBJECT The subject of this framework agreement is leasing services intended for municipalities, cities, their companies, municipal federations and other municipal organisations, as well as parishes. The services include leasing financing, an administration service for managing the leasing assets to be financed, and services related to processing leasing assets that revert after the lease term, as well as the provision to customers of other separately ordered services. The contracting object is described in more detail in the tender document and its annexes, in particular in Annex 1 “Contracting object and requirements”. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period is two (2) years. Hansel Oy has the right to extend the contract period by an option period of up to two (2) years, under the terms of the framework agreement.
