TENDER DESCRIPTION

OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT The subject of this framework agreement is leasing services intended for municipalities, cities, their companies, joint municipal authorities and other municipal organizations, as well as parishes, which include leasing financing, an administrative service intended for managing the leased assets to be financed, services related to handling returned leased assets after the lease period, and the provision of other separately ordered services to customers. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for tenders and its annexes, especially Annex 1 "Object and requirements of the procurement". CONTRACT DURATION The contract duration is two (2) years. Hansel Ltd. has the right to extend the contract period by one option period of a maximum of two (2) years under the terms of the framework agreement.
