TENDER DESCRIPTION

This invitation to tender concerns the preparation of condition assessments and the drafting of the current condition survey of properties owned and managed by the contracting authority, as well as the procurement of dwelling condition inspections for dwellings owned by the contracting authority. The contracting authority wishes to ascertain the current condition of the sites and the maintenance needs for the coming years, including cost estimates. The procurement also includes the preparation of energy performance certificates in Section 1. The procurement is divided into the following parts: Part 1: Condition assessments and PTS plans Part 2: Dwelling condition inspections and surface moisture measurements Sub-tenders are accepted separately by part.
