TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procurement notice replaces a suspended procurement procedure 2026-055032 (TED reference number 575032-2026), which had to be suspended due to a technical ambiguity contained in the procurement notice that would have prevented the correct preparation of the contract award notice. The content of the procurement procedure remains unchanged, with the exception of the extended calculation schedule and the simplified description of the reference requirement. The tender request concerns the preparation of condition assessments and the current condition surveys of the properties owned and managed by the contracting entity, as well as the procurement of apartment condition inspections for the apartments owned by the contracting entity. The contracting entity wishes to ensure the current condition of the properties as well as the maintenance needs for the coming years, with cost estimates included. The procurement also includes the preparation of energy performance certificates in Section 1.
