TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract notice replaces a suspended procurement procedure 2026-055032 (TED reference 575032-2026), which had to be suspended due to a technical ambiguity included in the contract notice that would have prevented the post-award notice from being prepared correctly. The content of the procurement procedure remains unchanged, with the exception of the extended calculation schedule and the simplified description of the reference requirement. The invitation to tender concerns the preparation of condition assessments and the preparation of an inventory of the current condition of properties for the properties owned and managed by the contracting authority, as well as the procurement of housing condition inspections for dwellings owned by the contracting authority. The contracting authority wishes to ensure the current condition of the sites and the maintenance needs for the coming years, including cost estimates. The procurement also includes the preparation of energy performance certificates in Section 1.
