TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the purchase, delivery, installation, commissioning of a generator for backup power for multiple buildings up to full functionality and the training of personnel for further operation in accordance with the technical specifications in the Cost Estimate (Troškovnik), which forms an integral part of these Procurement Documents. The minimum warranty for the generator is 4 years. The Bidder is required, during the warranty period, to respond to repair requests within at most 12 hours from the Contracting Authority’s call. The Contracting Authority will enable the Selected Bidder to service the generator during the warranty period through a new procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (ZJN 2016).
