TENDER DESCRIPTION
Purchase and delivery of EN PLUS A1 pellets, for bulk firing for central heating in accordance with standard EN 14961-2, for the needs of energy facilities (boiler houses and power plants), all in accordance with the bill of quantities which is an integral part of this Procurement Documentation. The provisions of the applicable Law on Mandatory Relations shall apply in an appropriate manner to the contracting parties’ responsibility for the delivery of goods that are the subject of this procurement procedure.
