TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of procurement is the purchase of juices and iced teas in accordance with the technical specifications and requirements stated in the Cost Estimate, which forms an integral part of the Procurement Documentation. The offered goods must, in terms of quality and health correctness, comply with all applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia and the EU and satisfy the requested provisions—conditions—from the Procurement Documentation. The goods that are the subject of this procurement must be delivered in the prescribed and adequate purpose-specific packaging (transport and individual), packed in closed packaging with the product declaration displayed. The shelf life of the goods being delivered, which are the subject of this procurement, at the time of delivery/supply, must not be close to expiry; i.e., if the shelf life is less than a total of 2/3 of the total time provided for the shelf life, such goods will be returned to the tenderer, who is obliged to replace them with goods with a longer shelf life.
