TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the purchase of juices and iced teas in accordance with the technical specifications and requirements stated in the Cost Schedule (Troškovnik), which forms an integral part of the Procurement Documentation (Dokumentacija o nabavi). The supplied goods must, in terms of quality and health safety, comply with all applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia and the EU and satisfy the required provisions—conditions—from the Procurement Documentation. The goods that are the subject of this procurement must be delivered in the prescribed and adequate purpose-made packaging (transport and individual), packed in sealed packaging with the product declaration prominently displayed. The shelf life of the goods delivered, which are the subject of this procurement, at the time of delivery/supply must not be expired; that is, if the period is shorter than a total of 2/3 of the overall intended shelf life, such goods will be returned to the tenderer, who is obliged to replace them with goods having a longer shelf life.
