TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of procurement is the purchase of fresh fish – calibrated trout, in accordance with the technical specifications and requirements stated in the Cost Estimate which is an integral part of the Procurement Documentation. The provisions of the applicable Law on Obligations shall appropriately apply to the responsibility of the contracting parties for the delivery of the goods that are the subject of this procurement procedure. The provisions of Articles 401 to 408 of the applicable Law on Obligations shall apply to material defects and other defects related to the delivery of the subject of procurement.
