TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of procurement is the purchase of fresh meat — lamb halves for catering, in accordance with the technical specifications and requirements stated in the Cost Schedule (Troškovnik), which forms an integral part of the Procurement Documentation. The offered goods, in terms of quality and health fitness, must comply with all applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia and the EU and meet the requested provisions — the conditions set out in the Procurement Documentation. Regarding the liability of the contracting parties for the delivery of goods that are the subject of this procurement procedure, the provisions of the applicable Law on Obligations (Zakon o obveznim odnosima) shall apply accordingly. The provisions of Articles 401 to 408 of the applicable Law on Obligations (Zakon o obveznim odnosima) apply to deficiencies related to the delivery of the procurement subject.
