TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of procurement is the purchase of fresh meat – lamb halves for catering, in accordance with the technical specifications and requirements stated in the Schedule of Costs (Troškovnik), which forms an integral part of the Procurement Documentation. The offered goods must, in terms of quality and health safety, comply with all applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia and the EU and meet the requested provisions - conditions from the Procurement Documentation. The provisions of the applicable Law on Obligatory Relations (Zakon o obveznim odnosima) apply in an appropriate manner to the contractual parties’ liability for the delivery of goods that are the subject of this procurement procedure. The provisions of Articles 401 to 408 of the applicable Law on Obligatory Relations (Zakon o obveznim odnosima) apply to deficiencies related to the delivery of the procurement subject.
