TENDER DESCRIPTION
Purchase of tickets for visitors to the Plitvička Lakes National Park, according to type, quality and scope as specified in the Cost Estimate which is an integral part of the Procurement Documentation. Also, the Contracting Authority has published a ticket visual. The Bidder must offer the subject of procurement in accordance with the requested technical specifications. For the contractual parties' responsibility for deliveries of goods that are the subject of this procurement procedure, the provisions of the applicable Law on Mandatory (Compulsory) Relations shall be applied in an appropriate manner.
