    The contractor must sign the contract within 7 calendar days after receiving the contract signed by the contracting authority. The client should be given at least ten working days to review each substantial intermediate version, unless specified otherwise in the contract. The process for obtaining technical conditions and approvals for the construction permit should start sufficiently early, and the construction permit application must be submitted before the deadline for the final version of the design contract.
