TENDER DESCRIPTION

Courier services for the Internal Essen with the Employment Agency Duisburg and the associated job centers as well as the Central Foreign Placement Office. The subject of the contract is the execution of messenger and courier trips within the district of the Internal Service Essen with the Employment Agency (AA) Duisburg, the associated job centers (JC), and the Central Foreign Placement Office (ZAV). The respective departure or arrival times as well as pickup times and their departure or arrival locations are bindingly specified by the contracting authority and must be strictly adhered to by the contractor (see route plan, Annex 3). Deviations from this are permissible if necessary documents still need to be provided by the contracting authority for carrying out the courier/messenger trip or if a schedule change is communicated by the contracting authority with a lead time of one week. The contractor must transport the entire cargo between the departure/arrival points according to the attached route plan (Annex 3).
