TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services to be awarded concern the turnkey and fit-for-occupancy completion of the construction project by a general contractor based on the design planning (LP3) and the approval planning (LP4) and the master details (LP5) prepared by the contracting authority (AG). The scope of services includes both all building, specialist technical, and landscaping and grounds construction services required for the complete completion of the construction project, as well as all further planning services for the execution planning for object planning, technical building equipment, structural engineering planning and outdoor facilities planning, including all still required consultant and expert services. For the services to be awarded (cost group KG 200700), a cost ceiling of 2,900.00 €/m² of rental floor area (including 19% VAT) will apply. With a rental floor area of approx. 7,250 m² in total, this results in approx. 21.0 million € (gross), which must be strictly complied with.
