TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services to be awarded concern the turnkey and ready-for-occupancy construction of the construction project by a general contractor based on the draft planning (LP3) and the approval planning (LP4) created by the contracting authority (AG) and the routing details (LP5.). The services include both all construction trades and technical as well as garden and landscaping construction services required for the complete completion of the construction project, and all further planning services required for implementation planning for the project planning, the technical building equipment, structural engineering planning and open space planning, including all remaining required services by experts and specialist consultants. For the services to be awarded (KG 200700), a maximum cost limit of 2,900.00 €/m² of rental floor area (including 19% VAT) is set. With a rental floor area of approx. 7,250 m² overall, this results in approx. 21.0 million € (gross), which must be strictly adhered to.
