TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services to be awarded relate to the turnkey and ready-for-occupancy construction of the development project by a general contractor based on the design planning (LP3) and approval planning (LP4) prepared by the contracting authority (AG) and the guide details (LP5.) The scope of the service includes both all construction-related, specialist-technical and landscaping and site development works required for the complete construction of the development project, as well as all planning services still required for the execution planning for object planning, the technical building equipment, structural engineering design and outdoor facilities planning, including all still required services of assessors and experts. For the services to be awarded (KG 200700), a cost cap of €2,900.00 per m² of rental floor area (including 19% VAT) applies. With a total rental floor area of approx. 7,250 m², this corresponds to approx. €21.0 million (gross), which must be strictly adhered to.
