TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Jyväskylä (Tilapalvelu municipal enterprise, and all divisions), Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences Ltd (JAMK), Kiinteistö Oy Tikkakosken Terveysasema and Kiinteistö Oy Jyväskylän Lääkäritalo form a procurement consortium and tender the cost planning framework arrangement in accordance with the request for tender and its appendices for the period 2027 and 2028, with options for the years 2029 and 2030. 3 (three) contract partners will be selected. The estimated value of the procurement for the contract period is EUR 500,000. The maximum value of the procurement for the contract period is EUR 700,000. The maximum value includes a reserve for procurement needs that are difficult to assess in advance during the contract period, the scope of which cannot be reliably assessed when initiating the procurement. The maximum value does not describe the contracting authority’s commitment to a procurement quantity, but rather the highest possible value of the procurement during the contract period.
