TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Jyväskylä (Property Services Corporal Services unit and all divisions), Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences Ltd (JAMK), Kiinteistö Oy Tikkakosken Terveysasema and Kiinteistö Oy Jyväskylän Lääkäritalo form a procurement consortium and procure cost planning under a framework agreement in accordance with the tender request and its appendices for the period 2027 and 2028, with options for the years 2029 and 2030. 3 (three) contracting parties are selected. The estimated value of the procurement for the contract period is EUR 500,000. The maximum value of the procurement for the contract period is EUR 700,000. The maximum value includes a provision for procurement needs that are, in advance, difficult to assess during the contract period and whose scope cannot be reliably assessed when launching the procurement. The maximum value does not describe the contracting authority’s commitment to the procurement quantity, but rather the highest possible value of the procurement during the contract period.
