TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the fitting and maintenance services for hearing aids in the northern sub-area of the Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services County. The service includes the fitting and maintenance services for hearing aids granted as medical rehabilitation, as well as the procurement of other individual maintenance measures related to ear shells and hearing aids for the period 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2028. The procurement includes two times one (1 + 1) year option period (1.1.2029-31.12.2029 and 1.1.2030-31.12.2030). A separate decision on the use of the option will be made approximately six (6) months before the end of the contract period. The area of operation is the Northern area, which includes Pietarsaari, Kruunupyy, Luoto, Pedersöre and Uusikaarlepyy. In the Pietarsaari area, there are approximately 250 hearing care service customers per year. The number of customers is an estimate and the contracting authority does not commit to specific procurement quantities.
