TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of new-builds using the KVR contract model; a residential apartment building and a parking hall with yard works to be implemented in the Pääskyvuori area of Turku. The contract form for the project is a fixed-price turnkey contract (KVR contract), including building and building services (M&E) works, as well as preparing the plans and work and execution plans required in accordance with the request for tender, based on the soil investigation and the input data provided in the design instructions, in accordance with the contract documents. The project includes one residential apartment building in energy class A of approx. 2,300 m² of gross floor area (k-m²). In addition, parking hall, courtyard deck and access areas in accordance with the contract programme will be built on the plot. Vehicular access to the plot will be implemented in accordance with the plans.
