TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of new-build buildings using the KVR contract model; an apartment block and a parking hall to be built in the Pääskyvuori area of Turku, including outdoor works. The contract type for the project is a fixed-price design-and-build contract (KVR contract), including building and building services (HVAC/electrical/fire protection/plumbing, etc.) works as well as completing the plans compliant with the invitation to tender, and the work and execution plans, based on the subsoil investigation and the design instructions’ starting data, in accordance with the contract documents. The project includes one apartment block in energy class A, approx. 2,300 gross square metres (m2). In addition, on the site parking hall, courtyard deck and access areas will be built in accordance with the contract programme. Vehicular access to the site will be implemented in accordance with the plans.
