TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the preparation of complete and total building inventory documentation and a complete design-and-cost documentation set for the investment task entitled “KWP Katowice – modernization of buildings A, B, C, stage I with adaptation to fire-safety regulations of KWP buildings in Katowice at ul. Lompy 19”. The design-and-cost documentation prepared under this contract should comply with the Building Law Act (Prawo Budowlane) and be accompanied by a list of studies/works and a written statement by the Contractor confirming that it has been prepared in accordance with applicable regulations and standards and that it is issued in a complete condition from the point of view of the purpose for which it is intended. The subject of this contract includes, in particular: Studies/works forming the documentation: • complete building inventory (together with specialist-discipline inventory); • a fire-safety (p.poż.) expert assessment describing how to adapt existing facilities to applicable fire-safety regulations; • obtaining a positive decision (Postanowienie) of the Silesian Voivodeship Commander of the State Fire Service (Państwowa Straż Pożarna)…
