TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the procurement of a Survey Form and Event Management System for Istek and for its owner customers. The subject of the procurement and the requirements relating to it are described in detail in this request for tender and its annexes. The contracting authority selects one (1) supplier with whom it will enter into a contract. The procurement contract will be used only by Istekki Oy, and the parties to the resulting contract will be only Istekki Oy and the selected Supplier. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that Istek’s customers are not parties to this tendering procedure or to the procurement contract concluded on the basis of it. The procurement quantities presented in the request for tender are estimates, and the contract does not create any obligation for the contracting authority to place fixed orders.
