TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the procurement of a Survey Form and Event Management System for Istek and its owner customer clients. The subject of the procurement and the requirements relating to it are described in detail in this request for tenders and its attachments. The contracting authority will select one (1) supplier with which it will enter into a contract. The procurement agreement will be used only by Istekki Oy, and the only parties to the resulting agreement will be Istekki Oy and the selected Supplier. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that Istek’s customers are not parties to this competitive tendering procedure or the procurement contract to be concluded on the basis of it. The procurement quantities presented in the request for tenders are estimates, and the agreement does not create a binding obligation for the contracting authority to place orders.
