TENDER DESCRIPTION

Special maintenance of switching devices 2027–2029 (option years 2030–2032) Competitive tendering of framework agreements for special maintenance services for switching devices for the years 2027–2029 + option years 2030–2032. The option years may be exercised separately year by year, or all at once for 3 years. The procurement will be carried out as a public framework agreement procurement using a negotiated procedure. The aim of the procurement is that small works can be ordered, at the discretion of the contracting authority, directly from a specific supplier, based on, among other things, the supplier’s expertise, resources and the general price level. The framework agreement includes, among other things, the following services: - Maintenance of GIS switchgear, fault repairs and analyses. - In-service inspection and maintenance of 400 kV isolating circuit breakers. - Maintenance services that open circuit breakers, modifications or basic maintenance, fault repairs and analyses. - Modifications of disconnectors, fault repairs and analyses. - Expert services and consultancy related to switching devices, such as the development of new maintenance specifications together with…
