TENDER DESCRIPTION

L-Bank is the funding institution of the state of Baden-Württemberg. Its business activities are determined by the statutory mandate to support the state in fulfilling its public tasks, in particular in the areas of structural, economic and social policy, and to carry out funding measures in accordance with the State aid rules of the European Union. The subject of this procurement procedure is the award for the procurement of a framework agreement for the provision of services in the field of search engine marketing and job advertisements. The contractor’s scope of services includes the development of an overall strategic concept for the use of search engine marketing (SEM) as well as the placing and, where applicable, optimization of job advertisements for the contracting authority. The framework agreement is to be concluded with one company. In the context of providing the services, the contractor shall develop a concept that is coherent in terms of content and economically sound.
