TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the tender is the complete supply, installation, programming, commissioning and documentation of the building automation for the new construction of the “FORUM” communications centre of Friedrich Schiller University Jena, including connection of the Griesbach extension. The scope of services comprises automation of heating, cooling, ventilation and sanitary systems, the establishment of seven automation focus areas with automation stations and switchgear cabinets, integration of BACnet, M-Bus and fire protection damper systems, and integration into the existing building management technology of Friedrich Schiller University. Further included are the supply and installation of field devices, cable and line systems, data transmission networks, preparation of the workshop and installation planning, programming, commissioning, documentation, as well as services for coordination, support during acceptance testing and plant optimization.
