TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is the complete supply, installation, programming, commissioning and documentation of the building automation for the new build of the communications centre “FORUM” of Friedrich Schiller University Jena, including connection of the Griesbach extension. The scope of services includes automation of heating, cooling, ventilation and sanitary systems, the establishment of seven automation focal points with automation stations and switch cabinets, the integration of BACnet, M-Bus and fire protection damper systems, and the integration into the existing building management technology of Friedrich Schiller University. The scope further includes the supply and installation of field devices, cable and line systems, data transmission networks, the preparation of the workshop and installation plans, programming, commissioning, documentation, and services for coordination, assistance with acceptance and plant optimization.
