La realización del servicio de limpieza integral de los edificios municipales, instalaciones deportivas y centros de educación infantil y primaria dependientes del Ayuntamiento de Antequera, por cuanto es necesario para el cumplimiento y realización de sus fines institucionales y se carece, de los medios y del personal propio para llevar a efecto las labores de limpieza en estos espacios.

TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract covers all cleaning needs that have been carried out in the various public buildings, sports facilities and child and primary education centres, and the new cleaning needs that the various municipal departments have communicated to the contract processing unit, whether these needs are due to insufficient hours or the incorporation of new spaces or an increase in the amount of time available for public use in any of them. These new needs have increased the cleaning hours and frequencies in some locations, and at the same time new cleaning hours and frequencies have been included in spaces that previously did not exist. In the same way, cleaning hours have been reduced or eliminated in centres and cleaning in buildings that have ceased to be the responsibility of the Ayuntamiento de Antequera. The cleaning service will be provided in all existing exterior and interior spaces within the building envelope, facilities and municipal educational centres.
