TENDER DESCRIPTION

Sansia Oy establishes a dynamic purchasing system through which medicines and products comparable to them are procured as separate procurements in accordance with the needs of the contracting authorities. The purpose of this system is to conduct separate procurements of medicinal products for which, for one reason or another, there is no valid contract with respect to the procured medicine tender procedures or the market situation has changed during the contract period in such a way that the price decreases significantly. As a result, the previous contract will be terminated and tendered again. Such situations may arise, among other things, in connection with the expiry of a patent, when new products enter the market, or when a national contract ends or, for some reason, the contract for a product ends during the contract period. The medicinal products to be procured and the products comparable to them are defined in more detail in each separate tender within the dynamic purchasing system.
