TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is maintenance and repair services for medical gym equipment for the Central Finland Welfare Area (Keski-Suomen hyvinvointialue). The Central Finland Welfare Area has approximately 40 medical gyms in different parts of the geographical area of the welfare area. The gyms are equipped with various types and brands of gym equipment and devices. The gyms and the equipment inventory are described in more detail in the appendix “Gyms and equipment” (“Kuntosalit ja laitteet”). The service includes inspections of the condition of the equipment, scheduled preventive maintenance, as well as repairs and maintaining the list of equipment. The service provider shall ensure the operational safety and usability of the medical gym equipment and devices that are the subject of the procurement through regular scheduled maintenance. At the Client’s separate request, the service provider shall also provide maintenance and repair services other than those included in scheduled preventive maintenance for the medical gym equipment and devices that are the subject of the procurement.
