TENDER DESCRIPTION
The procurement concerns medicinal, industrial and special gases. The medicinal gases offered must comply with Section 5 d of the Medicines Act and must have a marketing authorisation in Finland. The subject matter of the procurement and the requirements concerning it are described in detail in the following appendices: - Price appendix (Appendix 1) - General terms and conditions for public procurement JYSE 2025 Goods (Appendix 2) - Draft contract (Appendix 3) - SATA network analyses 2026 (Appendix 4) The contract period is 1.1.2027 – 31.12.2028, and in addition there is an option for two (2) extension periods of one (1) year each.
