This selection briefing document concerns the project Laakkwartier sewer replacement phase 2, Capadosestraat and surrounding area. This involves the area enclosed between Goeverneurlaan, De Genestetlaan and the Laakkade and concerns approximately 2.7 km of sewer replacement. The work is located in district Laak. The existing sewer will be replaced in the traditional manner. In addition to replacing the sewerage, major maintenance will be carried out on roads and improvements will be made to green areas in the neighbourhood. The total surface area of the work amounts to approximately xxxxx m2.
