TENDER DESCRIPTION

Equipment for upgrading cultivation racks: LED lamps. The description and technical specification requirements for the subject of procurement, its type, quality, and minimum characteristics are set out in the Cost Schedule in the column “Requested subject of procurement description and technical specifications” as an integral part of this Documentation. The tenderer must offer goods in accordance with the type, quantity, quality, and minimum characteristics as specified in the corresponding Cost Schedule. The tenderer shall, in the Cost Schedule at the location provided, titled “Offered subject of procurement description and technical specifications”, at the locations provided for this purpose, in accordance with the relevant items, state the characteristics and technical specifications of the offered product, as well as the data on the type/name of the product it offers and the name of the manufacturer. All goods to be delivered must be new, unused, in factory packaging with all accompanying documentation (e.g., warranty certificates, product declarations, etc.) and must fully comply with the requested, i.e., offered, technical specifications.
