TENDER DESCRIPTION

Equipment for upgrading growing racks: LED lamps. The description and technical specification requirements for the subject of procurement, its type, quality, and minimum characteristics are set out in the Bill of Quantities in the column “Requested subject of procurement description and technical specifications” as an integral part of this Documentation. The Bidder must offer goods by type, quantity, quality and minimum characteristics as specified in the relevant Bill of Quantities. The Bidder, at the location provided in the Bill of Quantities—“Offered subject of procurement description and technical specifications”—in accordance with the relevant line items, must state the characteristics and technical specifications of the offered product and the product type/name that the Bidder offers and the name of the manufacturer. All goods to be delivered must be new, unused, in their original factory packaging, together with all accompanying documentation (e.g., warranty certificates, product declarations, etc.), and must fully comply with the requested, i.e. offered, technical specifications.
