TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of laboratory equipment for scientific and research purposes, within the scope and in accordance with the technical specification defined in the annexes to the contract. If relevant in relation to the subject of the contract, the price must include: transport, carrying in, installation, commissioning, training of operating and maintenance staff, the relevant documentation — operating manual, certificates/declarations of conformity, availability of warranty and post-warranty service, etc., as well as all related costs for the supply of the goods with regard to the purpose and function of the requested goods, including removal and environmentally sound disposal of waste in accordance with the principles of a circular economy. Part of the delivery is free take-back of all packaging materials and their subsequent recycling. The successful tenderer is obliged, at its own expense, to ensure environmentally sound disposal of all non-functional electronic components and batteries replaced during installation or service.
