TENDER DESCRIPTION

The following services for laboratory planning (Technical Equipment, plant group 7) are being tendered in accordance with §§ 55ff. HOAI for service phase 3 in part, 4 to 8, as well as any special services for the new construction of a laboratory building of the Fritz-Lipmann Institute in Jena. To meet the scientific requirements, it is necessary to construct a standalone building. In the FLI-10 building, fish keeping and microbiological laboratories are planned, with adjacent offices. The working areas for fish keeping and the laboratories correspond to “Regulation on the safety levels and safety measures for genetic engineering work in genetic engineering facilities” (GenTSV), level S2. The FLI-10 laboratory building is designed as a three-storey building. In the partially basemented lower ground floor, the building services systems of the VE water treatment system, the collection tanks for wastewater from the KIP test facility, as well as wastewater treatment for the fish keeping facilities will be housed.
