TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the printing, mailing and distribution service for Omaishoitajaliitto ry’s Lähellä magazine and, if necessary, services related to layout of the magazine (hereinafter the “Service”) in accordance with the request for tenders and its attachments. The subject of the procurement and the requirements related to it are described in detail in the attachments to the request for tenders. Partial tenders are not permitted because the procurement relates to a single whole and splitting it is neither sensible nor of interest to suppliers from the perspective of participating in the competition. Alternative tenders are not permitted. A market consultation has been carried out for the procurement before it was published. The contracting authority selects one (1) supplier with which it will enter into a framework agreement. The agreement begins upon signature or at a later date specified (e.g. 1.1.2027) and is valid for 48 months.
