TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the printing, mailing and distribution service for the Lähellä magazine of Omaishoitajaliitto ry, as well as, where necessary, services related to the layout of the magazine (hereinafter the “Service”), in accordance with the request for tenders and its appendices. The subject of the procurement and the requirements relating to it are described in detail in the appendices to the request for tenders. Partial tenders are not permitted because the procurement concerns a single overall entity and splitting it is not sensible or of interest to tenderers from the perspective of participating in the competition. Alternative tenders are not permitted. A market consultation has been carried out prior to publication of the procurement. The contracting authority selects one (1) supplier with whom it will enter into a framework agreement. The agreement begins on signature or at a later date defined (e.g. 1.1.2027) and is valid for 48 months.
