TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Huittinen announces that it is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for foodstuffs from local, organic and small-scale producers for its customers participating in the procurement (hereinafter also referred to as “contracting authorities”), in accordance with this request to participate and its appendices. During the dynamic purchasing system, the contracting authority selects, on a case-by-case basis as described in the application to participate, the most economically advantageous supplier or suppliers. Orders include foodstuffs as required by the contracting authority and within the agreed schedules, complying with the requirements set by the contracting authority. The dynamic purchasing system provides a common channel for operators and contracting authorities through which cooperation can be increased and tightened between different operators.
