TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Huittinen announces that it is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for food products from local, organic and small-scale producers, for its customers participating in the procurement process (hereinafter also referred to as “contracting authorities”), in accordance with this request to participate and its annexes. The dynamic purchasing system provides a common channel for operators and contracting authorities through which cooperation can be increased and streamlined between different operators. During the dynamic purchasing system, the contracting authority selects, on a case-by-case basis and in the manner described in the request to participate, the most economically advantageous supplier or suppliers. The orders include foodstuffs in accordance with the contracting authority’s needs and within the agreed schedules, while complying with the requirements set by the contracting authority.
