L’Ajuntament d’Ulldemolins és propietari del recinte on es troba el centre cívic d’Ulldemolins, anomenat popularment com “el centro”. El Centre cívic, on s'ubica el bar objecte de la concessió, té com a objectiu principal la dinamització sociocultural del municipi. Es configura com un espai per al desenvolupament d'activitats culturals, educatives i d'oci. El bar del “El centro” es concep com un element essencial de la vida del poble, un espai de trobada, i com a complement dels diversos serveis del conjunt de l'equipament. En conseqüència, ha d'oferir una imatge, singular, atractiva i respectuosa per a tots els sectors de la població, col·laborant en el desenvolupament d'activitats que promocionin les línies i els objectius fixats pel Centre cívic i en la seva difusió. Aquesta licitació té per objecte la concessió de serveis per a la gestió i explotació del bar del centre cívic d’Ulldemolins que inclou el bar-restaurant (en endavant “centre cívic”).

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Town Council of Ulldemolins owns the premises where the Ulldemolins civic center is located, popularly known as “el centro”. The civic center, where the bar that is the subject of the concession is located, has as its main objective the socio-cultural development of the municipality. It is set up as a space for the development of cultural, educational and leisure activities. The bar of “El centro” is conceived as an essential element in the life of the town, as a meeting place, and as a complement to the various services provided by the facilities as a whole. Consequently, it must offer an image that is unique, appealing and respectful to all segments of the population, collaborating in the development of activities that promote the lines and objectives established by the civic center and in their dissemination. This procurement procedure is intended to award a concession of services for the management and operation of the bar of the civic center of Ulldemolins, which includes the bar-restaurant (hereinafter “civic center”).
