TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract relates to: - Exercising metering responsibility for the utility gas and electricity connections for facility services; - Managing and reading sub-meters and meters of third parties; - Supplying and managing meters and loggers; - Supplying metering data via an API integration; - Providing access to data via a web portal; - Describing and working in accordance with agreed change (mutation) processes. The Agreement has a fixed term of five years with three options to extend by one year each. The maximum term is therefore eight years. Unknown.
