TENDER DESCRIPTION
ProRail requires insight into the condition of the contact wire, with specific attention to the thin spots. The purpose of this procurement is to conclude a framework agreement with one party for reliable measurements of the contact wire thickness (thin spots) at low speed, in order to meet this need. The Agreement has a fixed term of 5 years with 3 options for extension of 1 year each. The maximum duration thus comes to 8 years.
