TENDER DESCRIPTION

ProRail requires services that provide for the preparation, execution, and maintenance of custom total solutions in the field of vehicle modifications, specifically for the emergency response vehicles of Incident Management (ICB). The objective of this procurement is to conclude a framework agreement with one party concerning the Conversion of Emergency Response Vehicles Incident Management. The Framework Agreement has a fixed duration of four (4) years with four (4) options for extension of one (1) year each. The maximum duration thus amounts to eight (8) years. The total maximum value of this contract is set at an initial value of €7,048,500 excluding €736,116 unforeseen costs and excluding indexing, price level 2026. No rights can be derived from this quantity indication and there is no guarantee of purchase. This amount acts as a ceiling, without any obligation to actually purchase.
